How to Create an Account
This page provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to register on IremboGov on your own.
Prerequisites:
- Applicants must have a National ID that matches their Rwandan phone number.
- To check, press *125#. Please seek assistance at the closest MTN or Airtel Service Center if they don’t match.
Follow these simple steps to create an account:
1. Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and click on Sign up.
2. A new page is displayed. Follow a 3-step process to set up your account.
a. Submit Required Information: Enter your ID number and Phone number, and click on Register.
b. Account Verification: A verification code/One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your phone number via SMS notification. Enter the OTP and click Submit.
c. Set Your Password: Enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click on Submit new password.
You are now ready to go! Irembo will send you an SMS to let you know when your account has been created.
